No where does it say or give you an opportunity to ask questions? How many tapes fit in a shipping kit?
I am pleased with the digital conversion of my VHS tapes and 8mm tapes. It is reassuring that I can watch these precious memories and not worry that they will degrade. It is also nice to be able to share them with family.

I have not been able to look at pictures so I feel like I wasted my money.
They did exactly as they were supposed to do. They were reasonably quick. Quality of final product was excellent. I submitted slides that were over 30 years old. Yet the final images were not at all faded. Since then I sent in old video tapes and, once again, they produced a quality product.
Not user friendly for some but love your service! Easy
So far so good, we are awaiting the discs to arrive , alittle disappointed they are not in a slide show format that wouldn’t have to be loaded to the computer.As the slides were a odd size happy to have them preserved after 50+ years.
I sent my 8mm family films. They loaded them up in a timely manner in two parts. They gave me time to upload to my own medium, though I could have made an account. I didn't chose to. They have returned my films in perfect condition. My family was very pleased as these were films of my grandparents in early adulthood and children in childhood. Got to see mom as a child and teen. Very cool!
Great movies from my VHS videos. Done in a timely matter. Didn't know what's on them all so most were a surprise!.
Using iMemories was very easy and efficient. I hesitated at first but was glad I decided to move forward because I was able to share my digital videos with family.
I know i was more nervous about the beginning of this experience than they were - but when i recieved the home movies in my email and watched i was pleased - though i thought i would have received a hard dvd of my movies when they shipped back the orginals - i do have the storage package with them and will try to figure away on my own to burn some dvd's for my family members even if it means getting an external dvd/cd componant for my laptop.
I had to request edits to possibly correct tracking issues and lighting. Due to the improvements provided one would think it would have been done before submitting the final project initially. The customer service provided to me by India was fantastic. She was very attentive to my concerns and made sure I was updated promptly. I love the packaging for submitting your tapes and they were returned timely as advertised.
I do not have any copyright items to send you. The box was an old one I used for my wedding vcr tape. Thank you.
We have entrusted iMemories with all of our digital materials--home videos in different forms, over 80 tapes! They are thorough and communicative and professional. Their website is easy to use and the new videos there are easy to view and most importantly SAFE!
